    Affiliation & Commission Statement

kellieskovers.com (operated as PokieSurf Casino Reviews) is a participant in affiliate marketing programs with various online casinos and gaming operators. When you click on affiliate links on our website and complete a sign-up or deposit, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions are a primary source of revenue that allows us to maintain and improve our review platform.

    Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: our receipt of affiliate commissions does NOT influence our editorial rankings, casino reviews, or recommendations. Our casino ratings and reviews are based solely on factors including game selection, customer service, security, licensing, user experience, and bonus terms. Casinos that do not provide affiliate commissions receive fair and unbiased reviews equally with those that do. We do not rank casinos higher or lower based on commission rates or affiliate relationships.

    Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on kellieskovers.com are clearly marked with the label "[Affiliate Link]" or "[Sponsored]" adjacent to the link. Hover text or disclosure language will also identify these links where applicable. Some promotional buttons and "Play Now" calls-to-action are affiliate links and will be appropriately labelled.

    Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and the Australian Consumer Law requirements regarding endorsements and testimonials. We are committed to transparent advertising practices in accordance with Australian regulatory standards.

    Reader Responsibility

We encourage all readers to conduct their own research before engaging with any casino or gambling operator. While we strive for accuracy and fairness in our reviews, gambling involves risk. Only gamble with funds you can afford to lose, and please seek support through Gambling Help Online or similar resources if you require assistance with problem gambling.
